Two-stage thermal decoking gas station. After the upper gas (90-150℃) comes out of the furnace, it enters the first-stage electric coke capture. The tar mist and dust in the gas are polarized, collected on the wall of the pole tube, and flowed to the tar tank by itself. . After the lower gas (450-550℃) is discharged from the furnace, it enters the cyclone dust collector to remove larger particles of dust and is mixed with the decoked upper gas and sent to the gas point. The thermal decoking process can make full use of the sensible heat of the coal gas, and can effectively increase the furnace temperature and save fuel.
