Furnace gas purification is divided into primary purification of furnace gas and secondary purification of furnace gas

1. Primary purification technology of furnace gas

The furnace gas in the calcium carbide furnace passes through the outlet of the calcium carbide furnace to initially cool down, and first enters the sedimentation dust collector. In the sedimentation dust collector, the furnace gas collides with the sedimentation plate to remove most of the dust in the furnace gas. Then enter the two-stage cyclone dust collector, in the cyclone dust collector, the furnace gas enters along the tangent direction, spirals up in the cyclone dust collector, and the dust in the furnace gas is removed by centrifugal force; in the cyclone dust collector, the outer wall cylinder and the core The pipes are respectively provided with interlayers, and air is passed through the interlayers, and the air flow is strengthened by the induced draft fan to achieve the purpose of cooling the furnace gas. It is pressurized by the primary pressurizer and enters three groups of bag filter in parallel. In the bag filter, the tiny dust and part of the tar in the furnace gas are removed, and then it is merged into the main pipe, and the pressure is further increased by the secondary pressurizer. Transport to the point of use.

2. Furnace gas secondary purification technology

The purified furnace gas (pressure 11-15kpa) is sent to the scrubber of the post-processing unit, and then sent to the gas tank for buffer after the scrubber is washed, cooled, dusted, and tar removed, and then sent to the gas pressurizer for pressurization.
